1. Agreement
By downloading or using monkeydo (the “app”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Accounts
Most of the app works without an account. Creating one (via Sign in with Apple or Google) is required for Squads and cross-device sync. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time — see the Support page.
4. Community rules
Squads are shared spaces. Usernames, squad names, squad descriptions, emotes and drawings you send are visible to other people. You agree not to:
- harass, bully, threaten or impersonate anyone, or send content intended to distress others;
- post sexual, hateful, violent or otherwise objectionable content, including in a username or squad name;
- attempt to identify, contact or solicit other users off-platform;
- abuse, automate, or attempt to circumvent the app or its limits.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You can report a message from the message itself, and squad owners can remove members. We may remove content, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without notice. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours where practical — write to support@monkeydo.online.
5. In-app purchases
The app offers optional one-time tips that unlock cosmetic profile icons. They are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Purchases unlock cosmetic items only.
6. Virtual items
Monkeys, stardust, bananas, tree progress and profile icons are cosmetic virtual items. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be changed, reset or discontinued as the app evolves.
7. Availability
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, and online features (Squads, sync) may be interrupted or withdrawn. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Disclaimer
monkeydo is a productivity and focus tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, including for ADHD. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional care.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, surfaced in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
